Louis XV chaise longue

French classic single ended sofa

The Louis XV chaise lounge comes with a curvaceous solid wood frame, single ended without arm rest on the right side of the seat. The armrest rail on the left side waved to the backrest top rail and curved down onto the seat back rail.

Four cabriole legs connected all four legs with curved seat rails, the front seat decorated with flower carving.

Mahogany frame

The Louis XV chaise longue frame is handcrafted of mahogany wood harvested from sustainable forest managed by Perhutani, a state owned forest company.

Kiln dried

The mahogany wood is kiln dried into 8% moisture contents (inside the kiln dry facility), may increase into 12 - 15% moisture contents while we working on it.

Finishing

Hand-sanded, sanding sealed with polyurethane resin, finished with woodstain, coated with clear polyurethane.
