Rattan wicker on the front side of the drawer
The front side of drawers assembled with frame and panel insert construction. To accent the drawers the front side panel inlaid with rattan wicker. This bring a new touch of provincial furniture style to the pieces.
Hole-to-hole strand caning pattern
The rattan wicker is woven using hole-to-hole strand caning on the front side drawer frame, then the solid wood panel inserted behind the wicker to cover the holes.
